3. Will I receive a Booking Agreement?

At Best Entertainment, we furnish every customer with an Entertainment Agreement! This document details annually issues pertaining your event, particularly hired time, date price and any extra service. We put our word in writing.

PLEASE BE ADVISED, During the past 28 years of service, there is a common complaint we've heard many times regarding unreliable and/or unprofessional DJ services. My DJ Overbooked, And No, I Didn't Have A Contract!

When booking a Disc Jockey service, if they don't provide a contract reflecting all pertinent details. DO NOT CONSIDER THEM, For you may have serious problems at or around the time of your event. Whether it's called an Entertainment Agreement, Contract, Service Agreement or Booking Sheet, it's considered a binding agreement, protecting both parties interests.

4. How do I know the Disc Jockey service we hire for our event will do what we want?

At Best Entertainment, we personally train each DJ & Emcee to be an entertainer of the highest quality while representing our company in a positive way. All on site DJs have at least 350 hours of training hours before performing at any event With this in mind, we're always confident that your individual needs will be met to your satisfaction !

5. What time will our Best Entertainment DJ arrive at my event?

Guaranteed, at least 60 to 120 minutes prior to the arrival of your first guest at the event site. Depending on your show package and special effects. Our event coordinator will
discuss additional arrangements.

7. Will our Disc Jockey interact with guests at our event?

At Best Entertainment, we take pride in our professional ability to READ your guests and interact at a level YOU desire. We provide just the right DJ to fit your event.

8. Will the DJ take song requests?

YES, although you, the party host, specify a certain variety of music. We will accommodate requests from your guests and yes· we bring thousands of Hot #1 Hits.

10. How does the Emcee & DJ dress for our event?

At Best Entertainment, We prefer to wear tuxedos. Should you desire another form of attire, just advise us and we'll accommodate your wishes.

11. How much is the retainer/when is the balance due?

Our retainer fee/deposit is approximately 1/3 of the contract price and should be included with a signed Entertainment Agreement. The Event Planning Packet should be mailed back at least thirty (30) days prior to the event and the total balance is due twelve days prior to the event date if paying by check. Balance can also be paid during your one-on-one final event consultation or cash the day of the event.

12. Will your DJ act as our Master of Ceremonies?

Yes she or he is able to use their professional experience to make announcements and act as a Master of Ceremonies to coordinate all the pre planned events.

13. Can we reserve a specific Disc Jockey and Emcee?

Our entertainment agreement allows you to request the name of a specific entertainer.

14. Do you have any references?

For several years, our staff has mailed to our Clients a Event Performance Evaluation Form In short our report card. We offer these evaluations as personal references.

In addition, we have several catering managers who can attest to what we do and how well we do it! We feel this is our best reference because if a Disc Jockey service is unprofessional or not up to par, A reputable facility cannot and will not give a good reference.

15. Can we meet with you?

Yes! Both current and potential Clients are invited to have an individual one-on-one meeting with one of our Event Planners, ask questions, review references, and view a brief ten-minute video of Best Entertainment DJ's in performance. Best Entertainment lets you be as wishful As you want to be! It's like having your own in-house wedding and party coordinator to help you plan your event to perfection..

Yes! Absolutely, we invite our Clients to request song selections during an in-person consultation.

18. Will you have enough music to play at my event?

Not only do we have enough music, all the songs we have are HOT HITS! As an example: if we played all our songs from our master library non-stop without any breaks it would be over, one thousand hours or forty six and a half days of NON-STOP partying. This is more music than any one event would ever need, but enough to handle your requests.

We know with the consistent pace of a very busy workweek, it's sometimes difficult to plan a meeting or reach us by phone. This web site is our 24 hr office, open for your review at anytime, in the comfort of your home or office.

20. Will your staff drink during our event?

Absolutely Not! A company policy. Your Emcee and Disc Jockey will adhere to the following Best Entertainment policy: No drinking of alcohol before or during a performance (you'll notice the advantages of hiring a sober disc jockey) and the DJ shall not take breaks during the event unless invited to do so in advance by you our client.
